We adopted Chloe, my emotional support animal, from a kill shelter in 2019 when she was 5. Despite being returned three times, she chose to trust and love me completely, and I knew she was meant for me the moment she climbed into my lap. She enjoys playing with Muffin, our younger and more energetic cat, but loves cuddles most of all!

Her teeth are decaying and need to be extracted before the rot continues to spread. It causes her a lot of pain, especially when she chews, and she refuses to eat unless her food is mashed into a mushy soup

Trinity Animal Hospital will do a full dental cleaning and remove any teeth that are unsalvageable on March 23rd. She also stomach issues that limit her diet to hydrolyzed z/d wet food.

Chloe was never trained, but somehow learned how to alert me before I have fainting spells (I am disabled and chronically ill), anxiety attacks, and knows how to soothe me when I have CPTSD episodes.

She sticks close to me; sleeping in my bed at night, on my lap when I'm at the table, comforting me when I'm sad, and more. She's always been there for me when I need her, like a blessing from God.

I'm on SSI and Medicaid, and we are given $662 a month, which isn't enough to live off of, much less start saving for emergencies. I have to rely on a credit card for my own essentials and can't afford to be in more debt with the carecredit monthly payments.
