Chloe is a 10 year old Shih Tzu in Toledo, OH, who needs $800 for Diagnostics for Care.

Chloe came to me in the fall of 2015, she came to me with her brother Leo. Chloe is my emotional support service dog, she always wants to be in my lap and around the family. When she was younger we were not able to stay up to date on regular care due to being a single mother, and limited hours at my job.

Chloe has been to the vet for not feeling well recently, I am wanting to do x-rays and bloodwork to see what could be going on with my little girl. We lost her brother in December.

Chloe loves to be around everyone. Anywhere we are she wants to be right next to us, it would be out of the normal for her to not want to be with us.

I am currently on social security due to health problems, we are looking for assistance to help bridge what we would be able to put towards her care. After we lost her brother in December I just want to make sure I can hold on to my girl for as long as I can.
