Chopper is a 4 year old Boxer in Maple Grove, MN, who needs $2,000 for Mass Removal.

Chopper was being given away by someone threatening to self euthanize if they couldn't rehome the puppies. We took Chopper and his sibling to help, intending to find them loving homes. Instead we fell in love and decided to keep them both, giving them that safe and loving home with us. That was 4 and a half years ago and can't imagine our home without him in it.

Chopper has a large mass on his stomach/groin area. We took him to vet and they biopsied and sent it to the lab, the lab was unable to determine what it is. The vet stated that it need to be removed and check if it is malignant. Mission Animal Hospital.

Chopper is a 108 lbs Boxer who truly believes he is a lap dog. Despite his size he insists on sitting right on top of you, or at least having some part of his body touching you at all times. Chopper doesn't just live with out family, he's part of it. Even with his size he is gentle and incredibly sweet, calm and and seems to know exactly when his people need a little extra love.

I went through a major health issue and was unable to work for months and we used all of our saving to get through that tough time. Now we are still trying to put the pieces back together and are unable to get enough funds to help with his surgery and follow vet care.
