Chop came home at 10weeks as a mother's day gift. Took 6 yrs to find him. He was raised in large pet family, cats, dogs, small flock of chickens. He has been a healthy boy since day one. Always had his shots. Fixed on time. Well tempered.
He got his name by being told to Chop-Chop, as in hurry up! He walks slower than a snail.
His formal name is Jefferey McChop. or Choppo or Chopmister!

He is bed hog! And a pillow thief! Day naps are usually in the recliner or out sunning on the deck. When not a sleep- he rolls in the grass, barks at the cow and hunts with the doxies. he loves all people. Everyone is a friend. Big or little. He is very special to everyone here. Very gentle around food and toys. Everyone asks How's Chop? Not How are you?

The boy won't come? Pull out a can of whip cream! He will do anything for that. Get out of the recliner- it is his now! He goes limp when you try and move him out. Make him mad he will make a funny whining barking sound as he runs past you! He tries to escape from ear treatments by running around the table. The gives up and goes to the room, lie you wanted him to do! It is all games to him!

He needs a TECA surgery on his right ear, to remove the tumor and prevent it from coming back. HelloVet in Corvallis, OR has agreed to do the surgery$4200 tops. Without it he suffers from chronic ear pain, infections and is not himself. Just sad and miserable. He gets his ear cleaned 3xs a day. Wears a wrap to help with drainage and the smell. Our other option is to put him down. NO WAY!

We lost our home in a scam last summer. We live off of SSI and SSDI. My aunt and uncle took us all into their home. We are working on our finances to get our own place. A home for all of us. we are a family and we will stick together.
