About this campaign
Chubbs came into my life when my youngest daughter was first born. We had his sister and knew they would get along. I lost her in 2017. I had a lot of convincing to do with my mom to wanting to keep Chubbs. His looks are intimidating but he is the biggest baby. He doesn’t bark, best cuddles and just wants your lovings!
Our kids love Chubbs. At first he wasn’t too such being around kids but he knew when to back up and he didn’t mind being tripped over and loved on! I couldn’t have asked for a better dog! He knows when your sad or need a shoulder to leave on. He loves to go bye bye. Especially to my grandparents and visiting.
I know the time we live are some what difficult for some financial wise. But with my boyfriend just getting a new job and trying to catch up with bills, we just need a little bit of help.
About two weeks ago things started turning bad for him. He started to refuse food. Wanting more water. So then he started to lose weight fast! I didn’t know what was going on! He is being seen today at Bourbon Veterinary Hospital. They had to keep him to give him fluids and do some more test. They aren't exactly sure what is going on, but they think it’s cancer in his stomach or small intestine.
He just has the look in his eyes that make you want to love on him! Everyone thinks he is mean and scary but people truly need to get to know him and that he is neither of them. He is always there to greet you when you get home and have that look that he has missed you while you were away. If you know him personally, you know how much he means to me!
