Chubz is a 9-year-old Yorkie Poo in San Jose, CA, who needs $2,000 for Intestinal Blockage Surgery.

Chubz has recently digested a pork bone and the bone is now stuck in his intestines. He is currently suffering and will need emergency surgery. We pray the surgery goes well so we can have our Chubz back.

He’s a loving caring dog, he’s very attached to his owners and has attachment issues. Gets jealous when he doesn’t get pet and pushes his friend so that he can get pet. He eats and sleeps a lot.

Chubz rolls around and stretches on the floor, he chases flies around the house, he hogs his food, he runs to his food so his partner Whinney doesn’t get any, he barks for attention, he rubs his head on your hand when he wants to get pet, and he wants to go in your bed to sleep with you.

Since the check up at an urgent care vet, Chubz hasn’t been eating, drinking and he’s been fighting his sleep. He is low on energy and can’t even move to where he wants. We would have to move him around but he doesn’t have comfortable position because of the discomfort from his intestines. He used to be aggressive when his tail and back legs were touched but now he doesn’t care when its touched.

We had no idea this would come up and we were financially unready. We didn’t want to put him to sleep because it was one of the only options we had but we were able to find an animal hospital that offered less towards the surgery.
