I just barely adopted him two months ago.. he’s barely been in my life but I’m so attached to him and don’t want to lose him it would kill the while family

and he’s having skin and gid problems. I have no money for the vet and now he’s not eating and not wanting to play and he’s throwing up and no vet will see me I’m lost and it’s been 3 days already and I just don’t want him to die please help .. I don’t know what’s wrong with him and need help immediately

Him and my other dog have a super strong bond.. he’s the perfect pet.. our family is in love with him. He’s usually such a happy adorable friendly puppy
