"Cinco" was the name chosen by my daughter; he has been with us since he was two months old. He has three other "sisters" (friends) at home: the oldest is nine, and the others are five and one-and-a-half. Each one of them is special to us.

He has always been a happy dog; we never imagined something so serious was going on. He didn't show signs of pain, and check-ups indicated he was fine. But then the time came when they discovered a hernia, an issue with one of his testicles, and a liver problem.
