Claire was rescued in 2015 by me she’s loving affectionate very caring soul. I decided to make her my service dog. I registered trained her. She became legal service dog in 2016. I have many health issues. She helps me with everything she goes everywhere with me, including hospitals before surgery after surgery all doctors restaurants you name it

my Claire started with a cough, then got worse. Her stomach got real bad. They believe she has severe gastritis brought her home gave her all her medicines. Unfortunately, she was vomiting bile a lot. She’s in pain she won’t eat anything at all barely drinking water and I’m afraid she’s gonna go into kidney failure and I don’t wanna lose her. Claire is special because she’s my whole world. She’s a service dog. She’s all kiss her a hugger and yes, she sings for the Buffalo favors in the Buffalo Bills. She loves coffee and only That’s all she gets along with family. She was my daddy’s little girl. I can’t go anywhere without somebody saying how beautiful she is. Everybody pets her and she puts a smile on their face.

I’m disabled low income so money is very very tight. I need help with Claire cause she’s my whole world. She’s my service dog and gets me through everything. I’m afraid I won’t make it without her. I used my savings of 2000 on her previous bill. I have nothing left to help
