Clawdia is a 4-year-old Maltese Mix in Dallas, TX, who needs $1,400 for Surgery.

Clawdia came to Pooch Savers Rescue from a nearby shelter. This little pup-in-need was picked up as a stray, and came to us severely matted with hair loss due to a flea infestation. We cleaned her up and took her to Mazies Mission for a head-to-toe examination. Our veterinarian guessed that she's a 4 year old Maltese mix.

Clawdia had a laundry list of health issues. Aside from her flea infestation and matted fur, Clawdia had a raging ear infection, a fist sized mammary gland, and was unaltered! In addition, she was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection.

The rescue received an estimate of $1400 - $1600. With your donations, Clawdia can receive the veterinary care she so desperately needs, and be given a second change at a life full of health and love!

Pooch Savers Rescue will be scheduling surgery for the mammary chain removal and spay as soon as Clawdia is capable of handling anesthesia. Until then, Clawdia will be cared for by Scoot and Lisa B., founders of Pooch Savers.

Our trusted veterinarian checked over Clawdia's enlarged mammary, and deemed that the left mammary chain would need to be removed! The ear infection required packing. The urinary tract infection required pain reliever and steroids. This poor girl needed some serious help.
