About this campaign
I saw Clementine as a kitten, available for adoption online and instantly fell in love. Clementine is still a young cat and will turn five in August. She and her brother Lucifer are both indoor cats. Clementine has always been in perfect health, that is until recently.
Banfield Hospital is not entirely sure what is wrong with Clementine. The current theory is that something is blocking her kidneys or liver, which is causing a buildup of toxins in her body. She’s lost weight and is now jaundice. Clementine is on 3 medication’s and I have to administer IV fluids to her. Unfortunately, these are BandAid treatments until the problem is found.
Her favorite things are to watch the birds fly around outside and cuddle her big brother Lucifer. She is the definition of a princess and is so loving. Clementine has a mind of her own and just like any princess, has the best manners. This girl always makes sure to bathe her brother and even has tried to lick my wounds at times. She’s always been praised for her good behavior at the vet.
I am low income and live paycheck to paycheck. This makes it hard to save. I don’t qualify for payment plans and had to borrow money just to get her assessed. For Clementine’s life to end just because I don’t have the funds to find out what is wrong, would be terrible.
