Help Us Mend Cliff's Broken Bones and Broken Heart

Cliff should be worrying about toys, treats, and learning how to be a puppy, but not recovering from being hit by a car.

This tiny 8-month-old boy was found injured on the side of the road with a severely broken leg and terrified of the world around him. Thankfully, Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge stepped in and rushed him for emergency surgery to repair his fractured leg.

Now comes the hardest part: healing.

Cliff is safe, but he is scared and desperately needs a calm adult foster home where he can quietly recover during the next 3 months of strict crate rest. He only needs short leash walks, lots of patience, and a peaceful place to finally feel safe again.

And underneath all that fear? There’s a sweet, playful little soul starting to emerge. Once Cliff trusts you, his adorable personality shines through: cuddly, curious, and full of potential.

At only 12.5 pounds, this blue-eyed little fox looking puppy deserves the chance to heal surrounded by love instead of fear.
