Clyde is a 2 year old Old English Bulldog in Rohnert Park, CA, who needs $2,800 for Urethropexy.

Clyde came from a backyard breeder rescue. He’s been my baby ever since I was given the opportunity to be his mom when he was 3 months old. He is the happiest, sweetest, most funny guy in my world. He will make anyone smile and makes anyone’s day. Clyde has insurance but sadly it was maxed out when he first needed a prolapsed urethra surgery. Now, less than a year later, we are in the same spot.

Clyde originally had his prolapsed urethra surgery at TruVet in Petaluma CA. He is currently spending the night in the VCA emergency hospital in Santa Rosa CA. We are unsure who is going to do the surgery as for both emergency hospitals’ specialists are out until Tuesday (today is Sunday) so we are praying to make something happen before then.

Clyde makes friends with anyone who will look at him. Cat, dog, human, human baby, cow it doesn’t matter he loves them all. He’s also so funny, the looks he gives you, the weird things he does, and his snoring. He has made not dog people love him, his nickname is chicken, and he loves people watching. Clyde is the reason I go to work, the reason I stay sober, and the reason I’m alive.

When my ex left us I was stuck in a rental agreement I could not afford and was putting rent on a credit card to stay housed. It wasn’t until this last month I became caught up and his insurance is maxed out from last time. So there’s no extra money after this night in ER.
