Coco was born October 9, 2011 to my coworker’s Shihtzu. My daughter was turning 5 in December so the timing was perfect. On my daughter’s birthday December 8, 2011 we picked up the amazing Coco Chanel and have loved her ever since. Coco Chanel is a vibrant ball of personality and at times a trickster. She is also a certified emotional support animal. We need her so much!

Coco Chanel was diagnosed with Cushing disease & diabetes. We took her to Flowood Pet Hospital and Resort today because she wasn’t eating & lethargic. Her glucose was 700. The vet said it would be between $800-$1000 to run necessary tests to start treatments & about $150-$170 a month for twice a day insulin and Cushing meds. Without this my love would suffer & die or need to be put to sleep.

Coco Chanel is not only the best and most loving emotional support animal ever she is family. My daughter grew up referring to her as her sister. They do everything together & my daughter is going into her senior year making plans for Coco Chanel to be there for it all. We love her she just knows when we have had tough days and loves in us even harder in those times.

I’m a single mother with a very tight teacher income. We simply can’t afford to financially pay for what Coco Chanel needs and our hearts can’t afford to loose her. We love her so much! Please help us. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
