Coco is a 3-year-old Mixed Breed Dog in Hampton, VA, who needs $2,000 for TPLO Surgery.

I got Coco at 6 months old from the Peninsula SPCA. I got her after my maltese died after 16 years. She has two other sisters who like to wrestle with her, she is the momma of them two, alteast she acts like it. She is the sweetest dog, she loves to lay on my lap while I am doing homework. She has all of her shots. The SPCA was told she kept getting on the couch.

Coco gets free range of the house while I am at work. I live by myself, but when friends come over they love her and she gets on their laps. She is the sweetest dog, she will put her head on my chest and gets lovings. She gets spoiled a lot with treats, she loves beggin strips. She loves my neighbor, he comes over and plays with her and lets the dogs out when I am at work.

I have two chiweenies and she loves chasing them and wrestling with them. She loves for me to throw her toys and she goes and fetches them. She use to go on long walks but with her ACL tear I try not to take her on them because the hurts afterwards. I love the way she plays with the other dogs, she is so gentle with them.

This is Coco's second ACL tear, her right one was done in April 2022 by her doctor at VCA, he is so gentle with her. Now her right ACL has a 90% tear and needs TPLO surgery. I want him to do the surgery again, cause he is one the best.

I am an EMT, and when we do not get overtime we have a hard time paying our bills, well my company has hired too many people for us full time to get overtime. I do work 2 other part time jobs. I love going for walks with Coco and I hate to see her limp on her leg,
