Coco is a 11 year old Chihuahua in Montgomery, AL, who needs $3,500 for Echocardiogram, Fluid Drain, and Prescriptions.

Coco was a rescue. She saved her owner as much as her owner saved her. They lost their other pup, Tank and her owner has maxed out her Care Credit rescuing other animals.

My friend took Coco to the ER, Carriage Hills, on January 24, 2026, and the vet didn't expect Coco to make it through the weekend. Coco was treated with laskis, steroids, and pain medicine. The C word was mentioned, and Coco had to have fluids drained from her lungs. We visited the Ark on February 6th, and Coco's lungs were doing better, but it is only a matter of time.

Coco loves to dress up and even has her own fashion page on Facebook. She has not had the energy lately to post a lot, but she is doing better with the treatment she has received so far. Her diagnosis needs to be completed so a total care plan can begin.

Getting an echocardiogram to determine the type of Cancer or heart issue will cost about $3,000. Once this happens, a care plan can begin, and Coco can live her remaining time pain and fluid-reduction-free.
