Cody is a 12-year-old Maltese/Havanese mix in Oakhurst, NJ who needs $3,000 for chemotherapy.

My boy Cody has been with me since he was little pup and we got him from a shelter. Has any dog lover knows they are the most lovable selfless animals on the Earth. Cody has a wonderful life here in Jersey and every day he is with us we make it like it's his first. Every dog deserves a chance to live a longer life .

Anyone who's been to my home knows Cody and how as soon as you walk in just wants to give you hugs and kisses all over he is really the most affectionate dog I have ever had. His sister Chelsea and him get along very well. Cody boy is such a lover and he brings so much joy and happiness into our home.

Since the first week of April due to Corona I am out of work and not able to cover the full expense of Cody's treatments and medical expenses. It's not the quantity of his life now it's the quality and chemo will help prolong his life.

This is very difficult to write and ask for help what Cody was diagnosed with lymphoma the first week in April ( we actually found out on April 6th the same day my mother-in-law passed away). The doctors suggested we start treating him with steroids which we are using and took him to Red Bank hospital where he now started chemo to prolong his life Dr Morges.

Cody and I are inseparable. If I leave the room even to go to the bathroom very is right behind me. Cody loves to sleep in the bed next to me as dog's sense human love. Since we moved to New Jersey Cody loves his big backyard and he has his one little small soccer ball that he loves to me to throw and he'll fetch it. Cody is simply a wonderful dog.
