I am on disability with an income of $1159. I do not want to risk her health further by not getting a necessary surgery done.

She is my Emotional Support Dog and would be detrimental to my well being to lose her.

She was adopted approximately 2 yrs ago.

She was adopted based on recommendation by my health professionals and has greatly improved my life.

She is a constant companion and friend, and as stated above she is my ESA pet and greatly improves my life.

She is a playful but sleepy girl that loves to spend time with daddy. Her 2 teeth from her under bite make me smile. I say she is so ugly she is cute, and everyone agrees and tells me how pretty she is.

She loves her toys, peanut butter and thinks everyone that comes in house is here for her.

The free vet clinic found a mass on her mammary gland. They were nice enough to do a cell smear at no charge and found abnormal cells.

She needs the surgery to remove and biopsy the tumor, but I only receive $1159/mo from SSDI. Every dollar towards her care truly helps.
