Cola is a 2 month old Poodle in Greenbelt, MD, who needs $1,000 for Outpatient Parvovirus Treatment.

Cola came into our lives 5 days ago after being adopted from a rescue down south . She currently share a space with my roommate and I in our two bedroom apartment and also found a friend in my roommates dog Sugar. So far she has been a welcomed addition to our home.

After noticing and excessive amount of vomit in her cage one morning, I grew concerned. After a visit to the emergency clinic ( VEG) to put my fears to rest , Cola was diagnosed with Parvovirus. It is assumed that she contracted this disease during transport as she was only in our car for 5 days .

Although Cola hasn't been with us for long , we welcomed her in just like family. She has been shown an abundance of love and affection since finding her forever home and we would really like to extend the time we have with her and grow our love and continue to bond

Unfortunately due to the suddenness of her illness. I was not prepared as a new puppy parent. Cola’s medical bills for her out patient medication is at least $1000 after paying last month’s bills and this current financial climate. I can’t finically take on this burden.
