Colby came to us from Homeward Bound Pet Shelter in NJ. We were looking for a companion for our tuxedo cat, Foxy. I chose Colby because he was wearing a green polka dot bowtie and was sporting a mohawk. As soon as they opened his cage he jumped out, stretched and jumped into my arms as if to say, "Please take me home." I was immediately hooked and knew I couldn't leave him.

Colby interacts very well with me and my son. He loves company and will jump on your lap as soon as you sit down. He welcomes ALL guests that come to visit by leaping into their lap and literally hugging them. It is very cute. He will play with Foxy, but because of his health issues, he doesn't last long.

His ears bother him all the time; he constantly shakes his head, scratches his ears fiercely, and rubs them with his paws to get some relief from the itching. His ears smell badly and are crusty.

Colby is a very social cat; he loves noise and action. He likes to investigate anything new especially boxes, bags and anything he can crawl into. He is the most docile, sweet and loving cat that I've EVER had. Even with his health problems, he is chill. He gives me love everyday and loves to be held while I pat him on the back like a baby.
