Cookie is a 12-year-old Teacup Yorkie in Glendale , NY, who needs $2,000 for X-Ray, Mastectomy,(level 3), Biopsy, and Meds.

Cookie came into our life in 2012.In May her sister Winter who we adopted passed due to congestive heart failure.In June Cookie stopped eating.We thought she was depressed because she missed. Her.We found out she needed emergency surgery to address her pyometrus & to get spayed.& noticed a few masses.Drs said may go away with the surgery. It hasn’t.She has more masses now & needs surgery.I

Cookie is amazing.Iuse to rescue cats around my neighborhood & kittens that we rescued she would nurse them.She literally started lactating.& she did it for 2 litters.She is my baby and I would not call myself a parent if I didn’t try my best to get her the help she needed.I lost my job in Feb & have run out of unemployment This is my only hope

Cookie is beautiful because she is. She is loving & affection. Never bit anyone. But will sass you by stomping the floor.She loves walking & is still strong even after the surgery.She smiles when I return by her side.She is my baby & Im praying the masses aren’t cancerous.At her follow up is when the Dr told us of the surgery. Idk if it is cancerous.We won’t know after they remove them.

She was never spayed. Unknowingly didn’t spay her because I figured she could have puppies. Then we were informed she couldn’t have babies. Her size, it could kill her.We did not know by not spaying her the hormones she produces can cause cancer & pyometra.Thank God we caught it in time. Now we have to worry about the masses & hope it will not reoccur.

After losing my job in Feb,I tried to hold on to what I could to survive.Then Winter got sick, spent some money there, then Cookie’s surgery, spent more there. There is no more unemployment checks have run out. I can’t lose my baby
