Cooper came into my life about three years ago. I had just moved to Austin Texas from college to start my big boy job and was in a new city all alone. I noticed one day the local animal shelter was trying to free up some space by waving the adoption fee for cats, so I went to see if I bonded with any cat and right away Cooper and I were instant best buds.

Cooper and I live in an apartment with my fiance! It took him a while to warm up to her but now he has no trouble yelling at her when it's feeding time. The vet they informed me that the situation was life threatening and we should take him to an animal hospital right away. The doctor said he had an urethral obstruction and had to do surgery. After surgery they noticed blood was coming into the bladder and he need a transfusion

From the time of it just being the two of us to where he'd watch with intent while I was doing a home workout to now where my fiance and I are cooking and he's sitting at the counter watching us hoping that if he acts good enough he might get a treat!
