I found cooper as a puppy and instantly knew we belonged together. We’ve shared just over 6 beautiful years as partners in crime! We live in more of an urban downtown area so coopers pack is large! He loves being outside in the fresh air, seeing all his buddies on the walks. Cooper has a 1 1/2 year old sister in the house and Ella notices that something is up with her bud.

Well being dauschaund his back is extra long and 3 of his discs are pushing in his spine, rendering him unable to use his back legs. My vet at Saco veterinarian clinic referred me to the neuro specialist in Scarborough Maine for his surgery. Common in his breed just really expensive to fix. Was given a floor and ceiling for prices. Was quoted 6-10 thousand. Not looking for that just a little help

Cooper should have been named “Casper” after Casper the friendly ghost cartoon because he is the friendliest dog you’ll ever meet! His demeanor is so special sweetest boy with all other dogs and people. If a dog is standoffish with cooper within minutes they’re playing like best buds, he has that quality that gravitates others to play!

I am a single father working paycheck to paycheck, bills are one thing but this pressing surgery is a whole other ball of wax. To see him not walk is heartbreaking to say the least, he wants to play he wants to run but mostly he wants to live! Thank you for anything.
