About this campaign
4 years ago I walked into an animal control that was at full capacity and getting ready to euthanize every dog in there. At the time I had a weight limit of under 30lbs so I was limited. Cooper ran up to me with a sparkle in her eye and she claimed me. I instantly fell in love and took her home to begin our furever life together.
She is an absolute sweetheart and has 6 cat siblings however if another dog is around she goes into pack leader/boss/protection mode. Her bark is way bigger than her bite and herself . Cooper and the cats take turns being jealous of who's getting the attention from me and always nudge each other out of the way so they can have all the attention for themselves.
I had just paid rent and utilities and this was unexpected. Vet said it'll heal on its own but it will be painful. She's young still with plenty of life in her and I don't want that to be limited. Estimate cost given is $912-$1216
On 7.27.21 she bolted out the front door and ran down the road. I couldn't find her and about an hour later she came home and laid at the door. A vet was unable to see her until today 7/28
at Clinton animal hospital and had confirmed she was hit by a car and informed me of an x-ray resulting in her needing femoral head and neck ostectomy because her hip is dislocated.
She loves squeaky toys and hunting for food. When you let her she does the most adorable grunt. She has her stubborn days but her cuteness and sweetness make up for it. She loves to be around people at all times. She makes me laugh when we're playing she will bark at the toy and stare back and forth at me and the location to tell me she can't reach it.
