Copper is a 14-year-old Beagle in Ofallon , MO, who needs $500 for blood work and a biopsy.

Hi, he was a rescue from puppy mill he would of died if i didnt buy him. He was in a chicken coop, with frozen water, and no food. His nails were so long. He couldn't walk. The man i bought him from was an avid rabbit hunter, and raised beagles. And kept them in there rabbit, chicken pens. He had so many puppies, i wish i could of taken more.

He is my best friend, follows me everywhere. Would jump in a 12 foot pool, if thats where i was. He was fearless. Except when it came to the vacume cleaner!!! Hated it. Every time i go to vacume he's right there to save me. Has alway been there for me. If i was sad and crying, he would lick my tears.

I work for the school district as a custodian. 40 hours a week. For 12.00$ an hour. Barely can afford my apartment. And no way can i afford to tend to my pets needs. And it breaks my heart..

He is 14, and has developed a cyst on his chest. I cant afford to take him to the vet. I just want to make sure its not cancer. And he's had diarrhea, and vomiting the past few days. And its killing me to not be able to afford to take him to the vet. He didnt eat today. So now im really worried. I cant lose my best friend.

Copper loves everyone and everything. Especially treats. He never barks. He howls, like a hound dog. People laugh when they hear him. They know its Copper. He's very friendly. Especially loves kids. Loves his treats, car rides, sleeping with mom. And his squeeky squirrel. I feel like I'm letting him down.
