Cornelius Abernathy VonWinter III is a 7-year-old Pitador in Boise, ID, who needs $220 for neuter surgery.

Cornelius' owner recently moved out of state and was unable to take him. He is currently staying with one of his bestest friends and her pup. He is having the best time with them and may be able to stay with them long-term if we can get his medical needs taken care of. First on the list is getting Cornelius neutered so that he can lead a longer and more chill life.

Cornelius loves to snuggle, get pets, and play with his green toy. He is super low-maintenance and is always happy just to be included. He steals the heart of every human he comes in contact with. He loves walks through the neighborhood in all weather and tearing up bully sticks. Mostly, Cornelius loves to love!

Cornelius is staying with a family temporarily that is not prepared to help him out financially to make sure he is healthy, but they are super willing to help him with all the love he can handle! We want to take care of this for them so that he can stay with them for now.

Cornelius is scheduled to be neutered on Monday, July 5th at the Idaho Humane Society. He has an old injury to his back leg that we want them to check out and advise us how we can help him fix it. We intend to apply for grants to help with his leg and any other medical needs that might be found during his check-up.

Cornelius has had a rough little life but just keeps on smiling! He has the funniest smile, too (see the 3rd photo for proof)! He has spent many years being an emotional support animal and best friend. His favorite show is Heartland and he loves a happy ending; we just can't wait to give him his own!
