Cosmo is a 4-month-old Yorkie in Red Lion, PA, who needs $2,000 for Surgery to internally plate and pin rear leg.

We got our highly anticipated Cosmo from a breeder the last weekend in June. Went on vacation on July 5th and the fall was July 6th. We've driven from Buffalo, NY to Baltimore, MD to get him the best attention we can give him as we live in York, PA. He's just a baby and he deserves the best shot at a normal life we can give him.

Cosmo (a Yorkie) was my wife's highest hope after losing our last pup almost 2 years ago to a brain tumor. Despite my wife losing her position due to COVID-19, we managed to put together the money to make her dream come true and get a Yorkie. He's a bundle of joy! Wife laid off due to COVID-19, Federal unemployment ending. We want to be sure the friend we took responsibility for has a normal life. We did not want to compromise his care and let the leg heal the way it was as he's just starting the great life we will give him.

Squirmed and fell out of our daughter's hands and broke right rear Tibia & Fibula. Drove 2 hrs from PA to Buffalo NY. Left vacation early to get him home to our vet, to be referred to the surgeon in Baltimore, MD. Treating facilities helping Cosmo are: orchard park veterinary medical center, cape horn veterinary associates, and chesapeake veterniary surgical specialists.

He's a baby! He's incredibly playful and adorable and very loving... He plays with me and our teen daughters, and when he wants to chill he goes to my wife to cuddle. The short time he's been with us he's fit right in with us, it's actually surprised me as to how perfect bringing him into our family was.
