I rescued Cream in 2021. He came to me in a time in my life where I really needed something to care for, to love. He was only a couple weeks old and separated from his mother too young. I bottle fed him and stayed with him 24/7. He has since been through so much with me, overcoming an illness he had as a kitten, moving states with me, along the way becoming my registered ESA.

Cream loves to play with his older brother Berry. He mostly likes to nap anywhere near me or wherever someone is sitting. He enjoys pets but has a tendency to play nibble if you pet too long. He likes to lay on the ground and tap people’s feet as we walk by. He will cuddle and sleep with me at night, and will sit on the couch between the family and watch movies with us.

Cream makes me smile and laugh everyday. He squeaks every time he plops on his side to the ground. Although he has many toys, his favorite toy is any piece of plastic or random paper he can find. He also refuses to let anyone use the bathroom or shower with the door closed and will accompany you to the restroom. He likes to hide under chairs and attack your toes as you try to sit.

Cream started limping a few weeks ago, at first it was thought to be a soft tissue injury. After a couple weeks of pain meds he was still limping. It was recently discovered after X-Rays that cream has necrosis of the femoral head. This means the bone in his hip is dead, causing his limping and pain. The prognosis of surgery for this is good.

I’ve recently moved states and am looking for steady work. I am a cat sitter but do not currently have the full funds for a surgery of this magnitude. It is my only goal right now to make and save all I can towards funding Cream being happy, healthy and pain free.
