We have always had pets in our home. We purchased Crixus and his sister Syrax from a friend back in July 2024. We had just lost our beloved boxer, Bella, in May 2024. The silence in our home was deafening and my friend had puppies for sale. We love and treat our animals like they are our children. As of late, our finances have taken a hit and we have no savings for emergencies.

Crixus is limping on his front left paw. I have tried to identify the issue and he doesn't have a pain reaction to anywhere on that leg. He can not get comfortable and he is in obvious pain. He groans when trying to get settled. We are trying to get him seen in Premiere Pet Emergency Clinic in Monroe, La to get him relief.

Crixus is a big teddy bear. He is very sweet and loved by his entire family. He is typically very playful with his sister and always propping up bext to someone for attention.

I pay all of the bills with my income. My wife cleans houses for a living. Her income is what we use to get by between my checks and she helps cover things like this, an emergency. She has hardly worked since the holidays. It is braking our hearts to see Crixus like this.
