Crowley came into my life as a feisty 5 week old kitten! He had such a big personality tucked into a little body. He has 3 sisters (1 cat and 2 dogs) who miss him very much right now. He was the missing puzzle piece to our little fur family and the house just feels empty since he’s been in the hospital. Everyone that meets him just falls in love with my little ginger biscuit.

Crowley has some acute kidney damage due to what the doctors believe is an infection. His symptoms came on so suddenly and I never expected them to be so serious so quickly. He is currently hospitalized on IV fluids and antibiotics. They are continuing to monitor his kidney values to see if they come down. Good news is he is eating on his own today!

This baby just steals your heart the minute you look into his eyes. Last night was the first night I haven’t been able to do ‘uppies’ in 3 years. It’s his favorite nightly activity, I let his 2 sisters out for the last time and ask for uppies and he runs over to be held and look out the patio door and chase bugs through the glass and just purrs and gives me headbutts and kisses.

I have just put quite a bit of money into a new roof and some other repairs on the house. I’m on a single income and this is quite a large unexpected expense to come so closely after all of that.
