Crumb is a 5 month old Mix-Breed in Oakland, CA, who needs $5,000 for Imaging and Medication.

Crumb came into me and my partner’s lives through the inside of a car hood of all ways! While working on a car, my partner hears these little squeaks coming from inside, and upon further investigation finds this sweet little scared kitten. Of course we immediately fell in love, and knew that Crumb had found her new home.

On our way back from a trip, we get a call that Crumb is in the emergency room (SFSPCA) after being up all day and night vomiting. We’ve come to find out that she somehow ingested a foreign object and it’s causing her extreme discomfort and could potentially be very dangerous depending on what it is; it’s looking like more serious medical action might be required for her.

Crumb is the silliest, wiggliest little thing and we absolutely adore her. When she’s not eating things she’s not supposed to, she loves to play around and give people a good gnaw, love cuddles, and more than anything loves sleeping on top of me and my partner.

With both of us working multiple jobs and already in stressful financial situations, the vet bills even just over the last 24 hours are already stretching us extremely thin. However, we love Crumb and would do anything to make sure she’s gets healthy again.
