Cujo is our tiny Yorkie with the biggest personality. He came into our family and quickly became one of our babies, not just a pet. He lives with us and his Yorkie sister, Petunia, and the two are inseparable. Cujo follows us everywhere, always wanting to be part of whatever we are doing. He has brought so much laughter, comfort, and love into our home, especially during difficult times.

This morning, Cujo was involved in a traumatic accident and suffered a severe injury to his leg. He is currently under veterinary care at, South Asheville Veterinary, where the team has told us he will require emergency surgery and may even need an amputation to save his life. This was sudden and unexpected, and we are devastated. Our focus is doing everything possible to relieve his pain.

Cujo is pure joy. He greets us with excitement every day, loves to cuddle, and brings comfort just by being close. He has a gentle soul and a playful spirit, and he shares a special bond with everyone in our family. He especially loves being near his sister Petunia. Cujo has been our emotional support, our shadow, and our constant companion. He isn’t just a dog,he’s family, and he is deeply loved.

This emergency has come during an already difficult time for our family, with ongoing medical and personal expenses. We were not prepared for such a sudden and costly surgery. Any support will help us cover Cujo’s emergency care and give him the chance to heal.
