Daisy is a 12-year-old American Bulldog in Savannah , MO, who needs $1,500 for Growth Removal Surgery.

Daisy has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She is the youngest of our kids, they all say she’s my favorite 🤣. She enjoys playing in her yard, eating, and sleeping. Her cat sister likes to pretend she is not here and she is fine with that. But when they think no one is looking they will snuggle.

Daisy has never been one to play with toys or swim. She’s much prefer a good bone or treat. Her human sister has recently introduced her to a nice treat called ice. She does enjoy going camping each summer. She is perfectly content on her bed in the living room or the bedroom. She once enjoyed the hot summer days but now she enjoys the temperature controlled house.

Daisy has always been a mama’s girl. She has and will always be my kitchen partner. You can often find her watching for droppings or scraps. She had a 4 legged brother that passed away about 7 years ago. They were best friends. They liked to run and play. They often curled up together for a great nap.

Daisy had what looked like an extra nipple. It went away soon but showed back up about 6 months later. It grew fast but stopped just as quick. He to her age and no issue with the growth surgery was not needed. It has now grown fast within the last couple months and causes mobility issues. She has trouble standing and walking. Without surgery euthanasia may be the only other option.

I am a teacher and struggle with everyday bills. I do not have the extra $1500. Without surgery, we may have to euthanize her. I cannot look into her eyes and fail her. I have to help her get up from her bed and guide her walking.
