Daisy is a 9-year-old Border Collie Lab in Zachary, LA, who needs $2,000 for Chemotherapy.

About this campaign

We rescued daisy 9 years ago from the shelter in WA state. She's been apart of our family ever since ♡ She's moved with us 10 different times (military family).

Daisy is our baby. We all love her unconditionally. At night, she will take turns sleeping with everyone. She follows me around everywhere. When we leave, she will either cry or sit at the door and patiently wait for us.

Daisy is a goofball. The funniest thing she does is roll around on her back in the grass and make funny noises. Everyday we have to clean the grass off of her 🤣

Daisy was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer in November. It was a shock to all of us. She started receiving chemotherapy the day after she was diagnosed at LSU small animal hospital. The next day she was in ICU with labored breathing needing 2 blood transfusions and a platelet transfusion. The vets did not expect her to make it.
4 days later she got to come home. She improved significantly.

Daisy is family. Her ICU visit alone was $4,200. Her chemotherapy treatments are $11,000. So far we have paid $6,800. But we are now stuck in a hard spot. We currently owe the vet $1600 before we can continue more chemo treatments.
