Dallas is a 2 Year Old Old English Bulldog in East Providence, RI, Who Needs $2,000 for Eye Surgery.

Dallas came into our lives 15 months ago. A few years back my dad died in a car accident, my mom and dad were together for 31 years and 5 days before my dad passed we lost our grandmother to cancer, needless to say our whole family was devastated. My dads cousin breeds dogs and he felt we needed a dog and he brought us Dallas and because of his 1 blue eye my mom named him after her favorite team.

We are looking to get eye surgery for Dallas. He has a condition where his eyelids turn in and his eyeball got scratched by his eyelash which caused his eye to swell and his turn bloodshot red. For two weeks he could not open his eye. His vet from Abbott Animal Hospital in Rehoboth Mass said he needs the surgery or he will lose his eye and we do not want that to happen.

Dallas is very lovable & loves everyone he meets and they love him. His favorite toy is his tire chew toy. He likes dog cookies and ice cream and he loves to play with the kids when they come over jumping all on them Dallas loves attention which he gets plenty of. He has really helped our family cope with our grief and we love him so much especially my mom… he’s her buddy

I lost my job and my mom just got back to work but she’s not able to afford the eye surgery for Dallas which is $3000 plus her dad is dying from cancer so she’s helping out with him as much as she can. It’s a lot on my mom and we just need some good luck to come our way.
