Danny is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in Columbus, OH, who needs $2,000 for Hospitalization, Fluids, Medications, Labs, Etc..

Danny is a 1 (almost 2) year old little guy Jonny and I adopted in November of 2022. He lives with us and his best friend, Atticus. Although Atticus is 11 years old, and intensely ornery, she has taken a huge liking to Danny. He has helped her stay active, and he has been a really sweet addition to her life.

A few days ago, Danny lost all interest in food and became super lethargic. If you have ever met him, you would know that this is very far from normal. When we took him to the vet (UA vet hospital), we learned he was in kidney failure, and needed to stay the weekend while they try to help his kidneys heal. We are unsure what the future will be, but he should be home very soon!

Danny is friendly to a fault, and will greet any stranger at the door. He is an air head, but has the biggest personality you have ever seen. He is the star of the show. It's impossible to leave our apartment without Danny rubbing on your legs or trying to steal your food.

This past year, although great, has had more financial bumps than expected. Getting married, changing jobs, a handful of car problems, and Atticus' own vet scare have made things pretty tight. We are very thankful for the care Danny is getting, We can't wait to get him home!
