I was lucky enough to adopt Dapper when he was just 6 weeks old. He is the most obedient, loyal, funny and athletic dog I have ever known. He was a rescue from an abusive home and has made an excellent companion for our female Shepherd mix, Hope. He is also adored by my 16yo daughter and 7yo son who are saddened due to the effect of his injury to his leg.

Dapper tore his CCL (ACL in humans). He can hardly put weight on his back left leg. This has been detrimental to his physical and emotional wellbeing. Without TPLO surgery soon, he’ll likely tear his other. Animal Hospital of Rowlett

As stated, Dapper is/was an extremely athletic dog that could easy chase down a thrown tennis ball before it hit the ground 50-75yds out and would often jump to catch almost 10ft off the ground. He’s been known to run up brick walls to retrieve his frisbee. My kids love him very much and love playing with him. I hope to be able to provide him with this surgery and get him somewhat back to normal.
