About this campaign

Hi, my name is Davis. I came to my forever home in September of 2020 when I was able to leave my mom. I was a gift from a friend of my mom, who owned my mom and she accidently got herself pregnant. I love my family so much, even my brother, Scooby the Dog that my family rescued too. I rule the house, I must inspect everything that comes in the house, and I make sure they know I am hungry.

I love to spend my day napping in my bread bed, while my mom works here at home. I also love to play with my dog brother, we love to play chase and hide and seek, which I usually win! I sleep with my human sister at night because she has a lovely spot for me on her bed.

I have a love/hate relationship with my dog brother! He thinks I am a dog, but I make sure that he is put in his place! We play in the morning before our naps and then again after dinner. I really love to sleep on my mom's legs when it is close to my breakfast time. I love to talk to my mom, she talks back to me asking all sorts of questions, but I think she doesn't quite understand me sometimes

I am currently in the hospital for a urinary blockage. I am not loving it! My doctor is recommending the Perineal Urethrostomy surgery so that this might not happen again. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I will also be on prescription food for the rest of my life, which I am not looking forward to it, because it won't be tasty.

My parents need help because they have already spent almost 4,000 on my care and the surgery estimates are between 3600-5500 dollars. It is a tough time of year for everyone, but they are great people and love me so much.
