About this campaign

We have had Daxton our Yorkie since he was a puppy and he is 17 years old. We had another dog that Daxton grew up with but he passed away a few years ago. Daxton has a huge yard to play in and he has a doggie door that he can come in and out of. Since he has gotten older he doesn’t play in the yard as much.

Daxton is very much cared for by the whole family and he loves going to the park and playing with the grandkids. If he is hungry or wants to go for a ride he will bark and let us know. When he was a puppy he would chase our medium sized dog around the house to show him he was the boss. Daxton enjoys playing with people and animals he is very friendly.

Daxton is happy go lucky and loved stuffed animals. As he got older he mostly just likes to take naps and eat. Daxton is the best dog he gets along with everyone and he is very good and behaved when he goes to the groomers. He will bark but he never bites unless he gets really scared but that does not happen very often.

Daxton has a growth on his paw that needs to be removed as soon as possible. He may also need to have a toe removed along with the mass which is in between his toes. He has always been healthy and he has been tested for cancer which he does not have and his heart and liver are doing good for his age.

I am a senior on social security and I do not work presently. And I am a widow. I had lost my job because of COVID. We have had Daxton for 17 years and I want him to live out his life to the fullest he deserves this.
