Lucky Lab Rescue and Adoption crew has a "rescue problem."

When the volunteers hear about dogs with the saddest stories and terrible injuries, they can't resist jumping into action. That's what happened when they heard about Puppy Delilha.

"We got a call from an animal control agency that an eight-week-old puppy had been attacked by another dog," Katherine Martin, with the rescue group, tells Waggle.

The sweet puppy's jaw was broken, and she could not eat. (A Lab that can't eat = big trouble!)

"The agency asked if our rescue could help her because she needed surgery," Kathy says. "We paused momentarily and thought, 'Oh my goodness, how are we going to pay for this?' We decided to leap and hoped the net would appear."

Someone said, "Be sure to launch a Waggle campaign," and tell them about Puppy Delilah. They've helped us so many times before. So here we are, Waggle, Waggle friends, and dog lovers.
