Destiny is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Rockledge, FL, who needs $2,000 for Fracture Repair.

I rescued Destiny about a year and a half ago, she was only 2 years old and was severely neglected. I took steps to get her healthy and spade as she had already had a litter of puppies.
Over the past year and a half I have worked to gain Destiny's trust and help her to come out of her shell. She is a much different dog today than the scared withdrawn puppy I rescued.

Destiny was struck in a hit-and-run accident and suffered several fractures to one of her back legs. Aloha Pet and Bird hospital has been wonderful with providing emergency care and being flexible with my financial situation. The severity of her injury requires surgery to either save or amputate the leg.

Destiny is a loving playful pup, she is extremely smart and is a favorite in the over 65 community I live in. When we are out for walks people come out to see her. Beyond her charming personality, Destiny has been a companion for me and has provided me comfort at a time in my life when I had suffered several losses.

Being a disabled senior, I am currently on a fixed income. My financial state is preventing me from obtaining repayable financial assistance. This heartbreaking accident has significantly impacted Destiny's quality of life and I am devastated that I can not do more to help.
