Dexter is a 13-year-old Chihuahua in Emmaus, PA, who needs $2,000 for Cholecystectomy.

I rescued Dexter when he was 2 years old, back in 2010. He was not neutered and had aggression. With love and patience he has become the best boy in my life. He is my support dog with PTSD and my diabetes. He has been there for me and I have always tried to give him the best care. He became sick recently and needs a $6300 Cholecystectomy. I have already put 2000 put for him in medical treatment.

Dexter sleeps in bed with me in our apartment. He is the Sweetest boy with kids and my pet rabbit as well. He loves rubbing his head on me and loves snuggling. It breaks my heart that I can't help him now. My credit balance cannot be increased anymore and the surgery is so much. I know he is 13 but he has so much left in him. He LOVES eating and still gets some zooming.

I have put 2,000 for treatment since he got sick. Unfortunately, my credit line cannot be increased and have used my savings already. It will mean the world to me. I cannot handle seeing and knowing he is in pain and running out of time.

He will only get worse with time, he is essentially a ticking time bomb and I wish to help him more than anything. He is In pain and needs help.

He makes me happy with how much he wants and gives love. If you catch any wye contact, he runs right over, does dance footies and loves when he gets picked up. He's my little guy and love bug. He also has the best "street dog" knowledge in how he can con you into giving him treats. Some nice squinty, watery eyes and a nice tremble. He'll even lower his head like he is in a commercial.
