Me and Diego met back at a Petsmart in 2007. He was just 8 weeks old and I knew he was the kitty for me. Fast forward some years and here we are still together. He has been there for me throughout some really hard times in my life. From moving back and forth, to losing my mother to lung cancer, to him having and beating diabetes twice! We've been through so much together. ❤️

Diego loves when we have company. He likes to have all the attention. After my mom passed its just been me and Diego until we got Donnie a year ago. Up until Diego got sick they would play together and annoy each other like siblings do. But you can tell they love one another. Donnie is always bathing Diego and Diego let's him. Until he has enough then he'll walk away lol.

Diego is so vocal. It's the cutest thing. We really have conversations sometimes lol. Everyone is always so surprised at how much he talks its so funny. He follows me foot to foot, room to room and I wonder, is this what it's like to have kids? Diego has been my baby for the past 15 years I really can't see life without him.

Most recently Diego has been having dental issues. He needs so much work done and I am very worried about him. He has been throwing up bile and has diarrhea. He also barely eats anything and I know it's because his teeth hurt him. If I could just get some help until I start working I'm sure he'll be better in no time.

I lost my job some months back and haven't been able to find anything. I just found a job at a cookie store and even though its minimum wage and part time I am going to save all I can for Diego. He really means so much to me and I hope he makes it a few more years with me.
