I got my Diesel boy in 2012, when I was a senior in high school. He was just 8 weeks old. His mother passed away giving birth to his litter mate. Diesel has been everywhere with me and always has been my right hand man. He is the sweetest little guy I know. He has helped me get through a lot of emotional and stressful times and now he needs my help more than ever.

Diesel has always had bad teeth. I used to take him regularly to the vet to have them checked and cleaned. He had a few teeth removed in the past. He is struggling with very bad infection and “rotten” teeth currently. Dental care is so expensive and I can not afford to have him looked at.

Diesel is a laid back kinda guy. He is getting older so he has a hard time hearing and starting to not see as well. He is a very well behaved boy and he’s always down for a good cuddle. He loves kids and just about anyone else too. He’s a great old man.

I live in an area where it’s hard to do anything without a car. I haven’t been able to find adequate work for a couple years. I cry just about everyday because I know he needs his teeth looked at and cared for and I have failed to be able to help him. I’m letting him down.
