Diesel is a rescue that came to us almost a full year ago. He was really nervous and I could tell he was really unsure about his new home. Bit as time went on he came to know us as his his family. It took him a little bit to settle. But man oh man, with each day that passed you could tell how much more comfortable he was getting.

He is such a character. Loves to play fetch, he loves to pick on his brother (our son). His most favorite means of picking and started a play session is to come up to you & bounce in front of you or a pinch with his front teeth. He loves to snuggle when it's bed time. His favorite snack is cheese! He loves to go & pick the biggest tree branch he can find & bring it back to you.

If you throw a small stick for him, he won't bring back the same one
He will go and find a much much bigger one to bring back. He doesn't like being home alone & he's not shy about letting you know.

It's been about week since we noticed the swelling on the side of his face. A few days after that while getting ready for work i noticed that it gotten much worse. So much so it was affecting his eye. I called the vet. His vet believes it's an infection & want to drain the mass. They want to take scans to make sure there's is not anything else going on. Also possibly removing whats could be causin

Diesels needs the scans & removal of causing this mass. Hes not just our pet. He's family. And what wouldn't you do for family. seeing him in distress & in pain brings a type of pain you wouldn't want for anyone. We just want him happy & healthy again.
