Dipper was once a feral kitten, that was tamed by my two boys. This once wild kitty became quite comfortable I. The house and as part of the family. Last year my husband was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure and Dipper was always there with the cuddles while we were all going through the hardest thing in our lives.

Dipper swallowed some string at some point and now has an impaction in her intestine. She has been unable to pass it and will require surgery to make it through this.

Dipper is more like a bog than a cat, she sleeps at the foot of my bed every night and will lay by my elliptical when I work out in the mornings almost like she’s cheeping me on. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and lets the boys carry her around like a baby and seems to love it. Dipper is a once in a lifetime cat and I don’t know how I would have made it through the last year without her.

Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed last year with end stage kidney failure and will require a transplant, bye to this he is on dialysis and has lost his job as a firefighter. Withought my husband working we have had an extremely tight budget.
