My daughter got Dixie for me after me surviving double bypass heart surgery, as well as a total hip replacement to keep me company. She wasn't wanted by her owner whose dog got breed by her neighbor's dog. We didn't know she had a hernia, and we love her so much and we need help as money is really tight right now after everything.

She has a Inquinal Hernia we just found out by Banfield Pet Hospital when we took her in for a checkup and her puppy shots. It's going to cost over $900 for her to have the surgery to repair it and I don't have the money to be able to do that right now especially after everything I have been going through this past year. We are planning on having her spayed as well to ensure she doesn't get bred.

Dixie is so sweet, smart, loves to ride on my wheelchair scooter, go for walks, loves attention and playing with her stuffed animals and robo ball. She loves meeting other pets in our dog park and is very curious, She recently learned she had a voice and uses it when she wants attention. She loves watching tv, cuddling , and playing tug of war and hide and seek. We love her very much.
