Had to rush Pigpen to blue pearl ER vet hospital, due to fluid accumulation in his lungs and around his heart, making it hard for him to breathe. They have him in an oxygen chamber and will perform a fluid drainage procedure and administer Lasix to alleviate the fluid buildup. A cardiologist will evaluate his condition and conduct a heart scan and Pleural effusion.

Pigpen is my husband's emotional support animal. My husband is a retired Army vet, and Pigpen knows when he's stressed and is by his side. Pigpen and his brother, Mason, are best friends, and he has been close to Mason since he was a kitten. He loves to be held and cuddled. He jumps on your back and loves a piggy back ride. He runs to greet all our guests.
