We got Dobbie when he was about 5 weeks old. He is the love of 3 little girls and a little guy. My grandkids have grown with him over the last year and love him so much. He’s my right hand. A mommas boy for sure. He will follow me to my death bed if I allowed it. A loyal companion no doubt. We don’t know what to do without him here. I keep waking up to check him forgetting he’s in the hospital.

He’s is playful and energetic, loves pets and cuddles. If he could spend the day with his head in my lap I think he would. He’s very attached. He doesn’t much like new people he’s always been a bit scared of new things. We got a kitten recently and they have become the bestest of friends. The cat is lost without him here right now. They play together all day long.

He is just a fun loving, energetic puppy that loves his family and his kitty friend. He can be silly at times (watch the video) well most times but he just loves to play. He’s loves to go on the porch and zoom back and forth, kick the basketball around with me, and he’ll chase my feet in the hammock swing. He loves to eat, he will beg till the last drop is off the plate knowing he’s not allowed.

He’s a happy healthy pup until he wasn’t. The last week he’s been lethargic, not eating as usual and he loves food, not drinking as much and not playing at all. We took him to our vet because they agreed to work with us since we didn’t have the thousands we needed for surgery. They found a blockage and he needed surgery to remove it. He had his surgery Friday evening.

The cost for the vet is nearly $4000. I paid the $136 I had to my name down and they agreed to set up payments but they are $260 a month. Facepaint is slow through winter and I only have my day job.
