Meet my 8 year old cat named Dog. I was privileged enough to be present at her birth after rescuing her mother late one evening after work. Dog has been the cornerstone of my life since the day she was born. Cats are not considered ESA in VA but if so she would be mine. We had to relocate after a unhealthy relationship and found a stable home life where I adopted a couple cat friends for her.

Dog has an old lady soul. She is to mature to play silly cat games, she would rather spend the her time snuggled up on your lap or looking out the window and playing with her friends. But now she separates herself from the gang and hides in another room.

Though Dog is not always up for cat games. She loves showing her mad skills on any interactive food puzzle where she can get rewarded with treats. Dog also enjoys a good hair brushing she gets so excited your guaranteed to get a butt wiggle.

We are trying to extract a lot of her bad teeth & repair the hole in the roof of her mouth. The vet will not know more about the hole until the x-rays are done. {we are hoping it was an infection that worked its way out} Unfortunately X-rays cannot be done unless she is sedated and I feel uncomfortable sedated her more than she needs to be. To have Dog healthy again would mean the world to me. To see her interact with the household and be able to breath without struggling. To see her patrol the house and keep the younger cats in check. To not have too see blood on her bedding or to see her suffer.
